Complaints Procedure


Here at the Carers Hub we strive to provide the best possible service to our carers at all times, however, sometimes things can go wrong.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please talk to us straight away and tell us what is making you unhappy.

Once we know what it is, we will try and put things right and explain why things went wrong.

If you are still unhappy, you can put your complaint in writing and send to the following address:

We will let you know we have received your complaint within 3 days.

We will fully investigate your complaint and report back to you within 20 working days of receiving.  We hope that at this stage the complaint will have been dealt with to your satisfaction.


If you are still not happy with the outcome you have the right to appeal within 20 days. We will set a date for an appeal. Your appeal will be heard by a review panel.
